It is effective in relieving pain caused by headache, migraine, nerve pain, toothache, sore throat, period (menstrual) pains, arthritis, and muscle aches. This medicine is very widely used and very rarely causes side effects if taken at the right dosage. To obtain the maximum benefit, follow the prescribed instructions precisely. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. It is also the first choice of painkiller during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In Treatment of Fever Thermacold Syrup is also used to reduce a high temperature (fever). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever. It may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. How to use Thermacold Syrup Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Thermacold Syrup can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.

Thermacold Syrup is a decongestant. It works by narrowing the small blood vessels which provides temporary relief from inflammation (redness and swelling) and discomfort.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Thermacold Syrup as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Not Safe: Thermacold Syrup is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.

Breast feeding

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Thermacold Syrup is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving

Not Safe: Thermacold Syrup may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Not Safe: Thermacold Syrup is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Caution Advised: Thermacold Syrup should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Thermacold Syrup may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Thermacold Syrup is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If a dose of Thermacold Syrup is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Thermacold Syrup helps relieve symptoms of cold and flu such as headache, sore throat, runny nose, muscular pain, and fever. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Don't drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking this medicine as it may cause excessive drowsiness. Do not take it with any other medicine containing paracetamol (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first.� Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
