How Tenkrez-M Tablet SR works Tenkrez-M 1000 Tablet SR is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines:.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Tenkrez-M 1000 Tablet SR as it is deemed unsafe.
Tenkrez-M 1000 Tablet SR may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Tenkrez-M 1000 Tablet SR is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
It is not known whether Tenkrez-M 1000 Tablet SR alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Tenkrez-M 1000 Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tenkrez-M 1000 Tablet SR may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Use of Tenkrez-M 1000 Tablet SR is, however, not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advisable while you are taking this medicine.
Tenkrez-M 1000 Tablet SR is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Doctor consultation is advised.
What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Tenkrez-M 1000 Tablet SR is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
