You have been prescribed Tacroeye 0.1% Eye Ointment to treat inflammation (redness and swelling) due to allergies of the eye. If you wear soft contact lenses, remove them before using Tacroeye 0.1% Eye Ointment and wait at least 15 minutes before putting your lenses back in. Do not touch the tip to any surface, or to your eye, to avoid contamination. It may cause minor burning, stinging, or irritation in the eye. Inform your doctor if this does not go away. Consult your doctor if your eye condition has not improved after two weeks of treatment or if it gets worse. Continuous long-term use of the ointment should be avoided.
