SPRM Tablet helps control the symptoms associated with uterine fibroids such as excessive menstrual bleeding, lower back pain, and also reduces the size of the existing fibroids. It blocks the action of the enzyme responsible for the growth of the broids. As a result they decrease in size and also stop growing further. Take this medicine as advised by the doctor to get the most benefit.

How to use SPRM Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. SPRM Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How SPRM Tablet works SPRM Tablet is a selective progesterone receptor modulator. It works by modifying the action of progesterone (natural female hormone). It is used either before surgery of fibroids or for intermittent (at regular intervals) treatment of fibroids. It helps reduce their size, stops or controls bleeding and increases your red blood cell count.
Alcohol
Consult your Doctor: Please consult your doctor regarding the safety of consuming alcohol with SPRM Tablet . Experts have not found evidence of alcohol impairing the effectiveness of the medicine.
Pregnancy
SPRM Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
Breast feeding
SPRM Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Driving
SPRM Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Kidney
There is limited information available on the use of SPRM Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Doctor consultation is advised.
Liver
There is limited information available on the use of SPRM Tablet in patients with liver disease. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of SPRM Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
SPRM Tablet is used for the treatment of uterine fibroids and their associated symptoms, such as painful periods, heavy bleeding and pelvic pain. It considerably reduces or stops your menstrual bleeding within the first 10 days of treatment. Notify your doctor if you continue to have heavy bleeding despite taking SPRM Tablet. Your periods will usually start again within four weeks of stopping SPRM Tablet. Use a reliable barrier contraceptive method (such as condoms or a diaphragm) to prevent pregnancy while you are taking SPRM Tablet as it may make hormonal contraceptives (such as pills) less effective. Your doctor may get routine blood tests done to assess the functioning of your liver. Inform your doctor if you notice yellowing of skin/eye, dark urine, or stomach pain.
