It also gives relief from congestion or stuffiness by loosening mucus and helping to cough out. This makes you breathe easy and gives relief from symptoms such as tightness in your chest, shortness of breath, wheezing and coughing. Avoid smoking and minimise your exposure to pollution, dust and fumes. Along with that, a little exercise each day can help you stay strong. Talk to your doctor about how much exercise is good for you.

Shwas 8 mg/2.4 mg/100 mg Capsule is a combination of three medicines: Bromhexine, salbutamol, theophylline. Salbutamol and theophylline are bronchodilators which relax the muscles in the airways and widen the airways. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Together, they make breathing easier.
