It works by stopping the growth of the bacteria causing the infection. This medicine usually makes you feel better quite quickly. Not Safe: Roxitroy Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Roxitroy Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
