In Headache Pyralgin Syrup is a pain relieving medicine and relieves headache by blocking chemicals in the brain that tell us we have pain. To obtain the maximum benefit, follow the prescribed instructions precisely. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

Pyralgin Syrup is a combination of two medicines: nimesulide and analgin which relieve pain. They are non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) which work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

If a dose of Pyralgin Syrup is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
