Primozyn-P Syrup may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Primozyn-P Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Primozyn-P Syrup may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.However, caution is advised in patients with severe kidney disease as it may cause excessive sleepiness in them.
Primozyn-P Syrup should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Primozyn-P Syrup may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of Primozyn-P Syrup is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
