Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should not take this medicine unless prescribed by a doctor. Polaramine Paediatric Syrup should not be taken by patients taking Monoamine oxidase inhibitors, such as isocarboxazid, phenelzine, tranylcypromine, etc.
