PID 3 KIT is a combination of two antibiotics (Azithromycin and Ornidazole) and an antifungal (Fluconazole). Ornidazole kills other microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA. Fluconazole works by stopping the growth of fungi in the body. Together, they treat your infection effectively.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with PID 3 KIT as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: PID 3 KIT is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Driving

Not Safe: PID 3 KIT is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Doctor consultation is advised. Caution to be advised in patients with impaired renal function.

Liver

Caution Advised: PID 3 KIT should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of PID 3 KIT may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

If a dose of PID 3 KIT is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
