This relieves premenstrual symptoms like bloating, water-weight gain, and swelling. It also reduces pain and fever. Pamamol 325 mg/25 mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it. Using this medicine may cause dark coloration of your urine in some people. You should discuss with your doctor if it bothers you.
