This medicine may reduce the number of blood cells (decrease red blood and white blood cells) in your blood, thereby, increasing the susceptibility to infections. It is better to inform your doctor if you notice symptoms of infection like fever, chills, and weakness, bleeding or bruising and nose bleed. It might also cause dizziness if it happens avoid driving or attention-seeking activities.Before taking it, tell your doctor if you have heart disease, liver, or kidney problems or are taking any medicines to treat infections. Many other medicines can affect, or be affected by, this medicine so let your healthcare team know all medications you are using. This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. In Breast cancer : Palbace 125mg Tablet helps to treat breast cancer and it may be used alone or in combination with other medicines or treatment modalities like chemotherapy. It relieves the symptoms of breast cancer such as breast lumps, bloody discharge from nipples or changes in the shape or texture of the breast. Palbace 125mg Tablet kills or stops the growth of cancer cells and also prevents the multiplication of cancer cells. Discuss with your doctor if any of the side effects bother you.

How Palbace Tablet works Palbace 125mg Tablet is an anti-cancer medication. Cyclin dependent kinase 4 and 6 (chemical messengers) are downstream of signaling pathways which lead to the proliferation of cells. This medicine works by inhibiting cyclin dependent kinase 4 and 6, thus arrests the cancer cell cycle (cell growing process). It also targets the estrogen (hormone) receptor-positive breast cancer cells by disrupting the cell cycle.
Alcohol
Consult your Doctor: Please consult your doctor regarding the safety of consuming alcohol with Palbace 125mg Tablet . Experts have not found evidence of alcohol impairing the effectiveness of the medicine.
Pregnancy
Palbace 125mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
Breast feeding
Palbace 125mg Tablet is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
Driving
Palbace 125mg Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.It may cause fatigue in some people. If this happens, you should exercise caution when driving or using machines.
Kidney
Palbace 125mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Palbace 125mg Tablet is recommended.
Liver
Palbace 125mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Palbace 125mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Take it with food, preferably at the same time every day.� If you forget to take the medicine or vomit, skip the missed dose and follow a regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up missed dose Use effective contraception method to prevent pregnancy while taking this medicine. It may cause dizziness. Avoid driving or any activity requiring mental focus until you know how it affects you. You may be asked for regular blood tests while taking this medication. Inform your doctor if you notice symptoms of infection like fever, chills, and weakness. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.
