How to use
How to use Nimpain-PS Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nimpain-PS Tablet is to be taken with food.
How it works
How Nimpain-PS Tablet works Nimpain-PS Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Nimesulide, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Nimpain-PS Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Information regarding the use of Nimpain-PS Tablet during pregnancy is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.
Information regarding the use of Nimpain-PS Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.
It is not known whether Nimpain-PS Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Nimpain-PS Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nimpain-PS Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Use of Nimpain-PS Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Nimpain-PS Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
