How to use Essnim Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Essnim Tablet is to be taken with food.
How Essnim Tablet works Essnim Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Nimesulide, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Essnim Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
