In Treatment of Allergic eye disease Nefamys Plus Eye Drop helps relieve symptoms of allergic eye disease such as redness, swelling, itching and watering of eyes. It also gives a soothing effect and keeps the eyes moist. This reduces dryness and discomfort. You can use Nefamys Plus Eye Drop 2-3 times a day or as prescribed by the doctor. If you see no improvement even after a week, consult your doctor. Apart from using eye drops, it is advisable to wash your eyes with luke warm water to reduce discomfort.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
This medicine is for external use only. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off extra liquid.
Nefamys Plus Eye Drop is a combination of five medicines: Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Camphor, Menthol, Phenylephrine and Naphazoline which relieve eye itching/discomfort caused by allergies. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers responsible for red, itchy, teary eyes. Camphor and Menthol provide a cooling effect to the eye. Phenylephrine and Naphazoline are decongestants which work by narrowing blood vessels of the eye to relieve inflammation (redness and swelling).
