How Molmin Tablet works Molmin Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Paracetamol which relieve common cold symptoms.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Molmin Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Molmin Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Molmin Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.Larger doses or prolonged use of Molmin Tablet may cause sleepiness and other effects in the baby
Molmin Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Molmin Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Molmin Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.Use of Molmin Tablet may cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Molmin Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Molmin Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.However, the use of Molmin Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Molmin Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
