You will be able to carry out your daily activities more easily and feel less tired or dizzy.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. LUPIBOSE 125 MG TABLET can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
LUPIBOSE 125 MG TABLET is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This narrowing increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. LUPIBOSE 125 MG TABLET helps relax these blood vessels and increases the supply of blood to the lungs.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with LUPIBOSE 125 MG TABLET as it is deemed unsafe.
Not Safe: LUPIBOSE 125 MG TABLET is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: LUPIBOSE 125 MG TABLET is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Not Safe: LUPIBOSE 125 MG TABLET may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. As LUPIBOSE 125 MG TABLET can induce hypotension (decrease of your blood pressure) which can make you feel dizzy and this can affect your ability to drive.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: LUPIBOSE 125 MG TABLET is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of LUPIBOSE 125 MG TABLET is recommended.
Caution Advised: LUPIBOSE 125 MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of LUPIBOSE 125 MG TABLET may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of LUPIBOSE 125 MG TABLET is not recommended in patients with moderate and severe liver disease.
If a dose of LUPIBOSE 125 MG TABLET is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
