How it works

Lomostop D 50 mg/200 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: furazolidone, metronidazole and dicyclomine which treats diarrhea. Furazolidone and metronidazole are antibiotics which works by stopping the growth of bacteria and other diarrhea causing microorganisms. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic which works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms).
