It also relieves symptoms such as cramps, pain, bloating, and stomach discomfort. Lomocin D 50mg/200mg/10mg Tablet is a prescription medicine. It should be taken with or without food, but it must be taken at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Do not consume more than the recommended dose, as this may have harmful effects on your body. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The treatment must be completed even if you feel better. How it works

Lomocin D 50mg/200mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: furazolidone, metronidazole and dicyclomine which treats diarrhea. Furazolidone and metronidazole are antibiotics which works by stopping the growth of bacteria and other diarrhea causing microorganisms. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic which works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.
