INSTREL GEL is for external use only. It may be prescribed alone or in combination with other medicines. You should use it as advised by your doctor. You should not use it on skin which is broken, bruised, or blistered. If it gets into your eyes, nose, or mouth, vagina, immediately rinse with plenty of water. The medicine is well-tolerated with little or no side effects. However, if you experience any side effects which you feel is caused by the medicine, let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms. In Pain relief INSTREL GEL gives relief in inflammatory conditions that affect muscles and joints such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It also helps reduce pain and swelling after surgery. It blocks chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain sensation. Along with painkillers, this medicine also contains an active ingredient called Serratiopeptidase, which is an enzyme that promotes the overall healing process and speeds up recovery. Apply INSTREL GEL 2-3 times in a day or as prescribed by the doctor. Once you see some improvement, you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly.

If a dose of INSTREL GEL is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
