Dry cough

Along with taking HISTOLATE 4MG/10MG DROP, gargling with warm salt water and having ginger or honey can help you manage dry cough.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. It suppresses cough by reducing the activity of cough center in the brain.

Pregnancy

Kidney

Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of HISTOLATE 4MG/10MG DROP may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of HISTOLATE 4MG/10MG DROP may cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.

Liver

If a dose of HISTOLATE 4MG/10MG DROP is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
