How Gigxone-TZ Injection works Gigxone-TZ 1g Injection is a combination of two medicines: Ceftriaxone and Tazobactum. Ceftriaxone is an antibiotic. Tazobactum is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Ceftriaxone against bacteria.

Gigxone-TZ 1g Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Gigxone-TZ 1g Injection should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
Gigxone-TZ 1g Injection may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
There is limited information available on the use of Gigxone-TZ 1g Injection in patients with kidney disease. Doctor consultation is advised.
