How Gesfen Tablet works Gesfen Tablet is a combination of two pain relievers (Ibuprofen, Paracetamol) and a stimulant (Caffeine). The pain relievers work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
