These infections may include tooth abscess, gum infection, pneumonia, diarrhea, dysentery, burning sensation while passing urine, and genital tract infection. Gebinor-M Oral Suspension inhibits the growth of infection-causing organisms by stopping them from multiplying. It is most likely that your child?s infection will start showing improvement within 3 to 5 days of the regular dosing. Make sure to complete the full course of treatment even if your child feels better. Stopping the medicine abruptly by yourself may worsen your child?s condition or cause infection recurrence.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. How can I give Gebinor-M Oral Suspension to my child?Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Gebinor-M Oral Suspension can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.

Gebinor-M Oral Suspension is a combination of three active ingredients. While two of its ingredients, namely norfloxacin and metronidazole are antibiotics, simethicone is a gas-absorbing agent that prevents gastric problems due to this medicine. The antibiotic ingredients interfere with the genetic material of bacteria by impairing its DNA. This kills the infection-causing bacteria, preventing its growth and stopping the infection. On the other hand, Simethicone binds with the gas bubbles produced as a result of the other two ingredients or as a result of some other problem. By doing so, Simethicone aids in the removal of gases and provides relief in stomach pain and bloating.

Liver

Remain calm. Unless your child�s doctor has provided specific instructions, you can administer the missed dose once you recall it. However, if it's nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Stick to the prescribed dosing schedule and avoid giving a double dose to make up for the missed one.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Gebinor-M Oral Suspension may cause an altered taste. Eating citrus fruit or sipping plenty of water or fruit juice may help. Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid to your child within 2 hours of taking Gebinor-M Oral Suspension as these can affect the absorption of the medicine. Conditions like common cold and flu are caused by viruses. Never use this medicine for such conditions. Your child must complete the entire course of Gebinor-M Oral Suspension. Stopping too soon may cause the bacteria to multiply again, become resistant, or cause another infection. Discontinue Gebinor-M Oral Suspension and inform the doctor immediately if your child develops a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or has difficulty in breathing. Never save the medicine for future illnesses since its effectiveness in future infections cannot be guaranteed.
