It is thought to work by interfering with pain signals that travel through the damaged nerves and the brain. Gabritab 50-AT Tablet regularly will improve your physical and social functioning and overall quality of life. It takes a few weeks to work so you need to take it regularly even if you feel it is not doing any good. Once your symptoms have gone you should still keep taking the medicine until your doctor advises you to stop.
Side Effects

How to use

How it works
Gabritab 50-AT Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amitriptyline and Pregabalin. Amitriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant which increases the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves). Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Gabritab 50-AT Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
