Unlike many other mood stabilizers, it is specifically known for its ability to "lift" and stabilize mood over the long term.

Flylep 150mg Tablet Sr 10s is a prescription medication that functions as a voltage-gated sodium channel blocker. In the brain, excessive or rapid firing of neurons can lead to seizures or extreme mood shifts. Lamotrigine helps stabilize these neuronal membranes by inhibiting the release of excitatory neurotransmitters, particularly glutamate and aspartate.

For patients with epilepsy, Flylep 150mg Tablet Sr 10s is used to treat partial-onset seizures, primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures, and seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. In the context of bipolar disorder, it is used for maintenance treatment to delay or prevent the occurrence of mood episodes (depression, mania, hypomania). • Never skip doses or stop taking it suddenly, as this can trigger seizures or a mood relapse.

• If you stop taking it for more than a few days, contact your doctor before restarting, as you may need to start the titration process over again.

• The "Slow" Rule: Never rush the dosage increases. Increasing the dose too fast is the primary risk factor for the serious SJS rash.
