Fenomune 500mg Tablet contains mycophenolate mofetil, a prodrug that is converted in the body to its active form, mycophenolic acid (MPA). This active compound selectively inhibits the proliferation of lymphocytes, key immune cells involved in rejection and autoimmune inflammation.
