Estrogen is one of two important hormones (the other is progesterone) used in this treatment. You should use this medicine as it is prescribed, and for as long as it is prescribed by your doctor. If a dose of Espauz 0.625mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
