Treatment of Diarrhea
In Treatment of Diarrhea Diarrhea refers to the passing of loose, watery stools three or more times a day due to an infection in the gastrointestinal tract. Enuff O Dry Syrup reduces the excessive secretion of water and electrolytes and helps replenish the lost fluids and salts. It also helps treat loose stools and prevents abdominal distension or flatulence. Your child needs to take this medicine regularly to get the most out of it and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to stay hydrated. Your child may start to feel better after getting treated for a few days to a week. However, do not extend the course or stop the medicine by yourself without consulting your child?s doctor. This may lead to the recurrence of symptoms.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Stomach pain, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Skin rash, Itching']
How can I give Enuff O Dry Syrup to my child?Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Enuff O Dry Syrup can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Enuff O Dry Syrup contains two medicines: Racecadotril and ofloxacin. Racecadotril is an enkephalinase inhibitor that has anti-secretory effects. This means that this medicine reduces the secretion of water and electrolytes from the intestine. As a result, the amount of fluid lost from the body in diarrhea reduces. On the other hand, Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and causing infection.
Kidney
Caution Advised: Enuff O Dry Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Enuff O Dry Syrup may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Liver

Remain calm. Unless your child�s doctor has provided specific instructions, you can administer the missed dose once you recall it. However, if it's nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Stick to the prescribed dosing schedule and avoid giving a double dose to make up for the missed one.
Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
Loose, watery diarrhea can lead to loss of fluids and essential salts from your child�s body. Make sure to replenish this in the form of ORS (Oral rehydration solution) to combat dehydration. Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid within 2 hours of taking Enuff O Dry Syrup as these can affect the absorption of the medicine. Give Enuff O Dry Syrup only for whom it is prescribed. Never share the medicines as it can harm. Do not mix Enuff O Dry Syrup along with any other herbal or ayurvedic medicine as that may cause unwanted side effects. Do not give Enuff O Dry Syrup if your child has persistent uncontrolled vomiting as this medicine will not be absorbed.
