How Eczo Wokadine Cream works Eczo Wokadine Cream is a combination of two medicines: Fluocinolone acetonide and Povidone Iodine which treat skin infection. Fluocinolone acetonide is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Povidone Iodine is an antiseptic applied on skin which is infected or is likely to get infected. It slowly releases iodine which kills or prevents the growth of infectious microorganisms.
