In Heart failure Heart failure means your heart is weak and cannot pump enough blood to your lungs and the rest of your body. The most common symptoms are breathlessness, tiredness, and swelling in your legs, ankles, abdomen and other parts of your body. Dobutam 40mg Injection makes it easier for your heart to pump blood around your body and is therefore an effective treatment for heart failure. This medicine will help relieve your symptoms, making you feel better and more energetic. You should make appropriate lifestyle changes (such as eating healthily and keeping active) to help this medicine be effective. Follow your doctor?s instructions carefully to get maximum benefit. In Low blood pressure Dobutam 40mg Injection is used to normalise decreased blood pressure (hypotension) which may occur all of a sudden during an operation, severe infection (sepsis) or due to an emergency condition (cardiac arrest). This medicine helps to bring back the blood pressure within normal range and therefore prevents any sudden fall or even serious complications that might have otherwise followed due to low blood pressure.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Dobutam 40mg Injection is a sympathomimetic agonist. It works by activating the receptors in the heart. This makes the heart pump blood with more strength and force and increases its pumping capacity in conditions such as heart failure.
Consult your Doctor: Please consult your doctor regarding the safety of consuming alcohol with Dobutam 40mg Injection . Experts have not found evidence of alcohol impairing the effectiveness of the medicine.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Dobutam 40mg Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Dobutam 40mg Injection is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Not Safe: Dobutam 40mg Injection may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Dobutam 40mg Injection is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Dobutam 40mg Injection may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.
