It inhibits release of those chemical messengers in the brain that tell us that we have pain. It effectively relieves back pain, earache, throat pain, toothache, periods pain and pain due to arthritis too. Take Dise Plus Tablet as prescribed by the doctor to get the most benefit. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.
Side Effects
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
How to use
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dise Plus Tablet is to be taken with food.
How it works
Dise Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase, which relieves pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Dise Plus Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Dise Plus Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Not Safe: Dise Plus Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Dise Plus Tablet may cause headaches, blurred vision, dizziness or drowsiness in some patients. This may affect your ability to drive.
Caution Advised: Dise Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dise Plus Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Caution Advised: Dise Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dise Plus Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Dise Plus Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Dise Plus Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
