How it works

D Bose MP 500mg/7.5mg/0.2mg Tablet is a combination of three antidiabetic medicines: Metformin, pioglitazone and voglibose. They work by different mechanisms to provide better control of blood sugar when single or dual therapy is not effective. Metformin is a biguanide which decreases the production and absorption of sugar in your body and allows better use of existing insulin. Pioglitazone is a thiazolidinedione which works by increasing the body's sensitivity to insulin. Voglibose is an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor which inhibits the intestinal enzymes that cause breakdown of complex sugars into simple sugars such as glucose. This prevents blood glucose from rising very high after meals.D Bose MP 500mg/7.5mg/0.2mg Tablet is a combination of three antidiabetic medicines: Metformin, pioglitazone and voglibose.
