How it works
How Crocef CV Tablet works Crocef CV 500mg/125mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cefixime and Potassium Clavulanate. Cefixime is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Potassium Clavulanate is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefixime against bacteria.
Consult your Doctor: Please consult your doctor regarding the safety of consuming alcohol with Crocef CV 500mg/125mg Tablet . Experts have not found evidence of alcohol impairing the effectiveness of the medicine.
Crocef CV 500mg/125mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Crocef CV 500mg/125mg Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
It is not known whether Crocef CV 500mg/125mg Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
