Phenylpropanolamine is a sympathomimetics agonist. It narrows blood vessels in the nose to relieve congestion. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Sodium Citrate is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.

Alcohol

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Casacold 125mg/12.5mg/1mg/60mg Syrup.

Pregnancy

Casacold 125mg/12.5mg/1mg/60mg Syrup is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.

Breast feeding

Driving
