How Carnoz S Tablet works Carnoz S 1000mg/75mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Sucralfate and Zinc Carnosine. Sucralfate forms a coating over the ulcer or any other raw surface. This creates a physical barrier that protects the ulcer/raw surface from the gastric acid or any other injury, allowing it to heal. Carnoz S 1000mg/75mg Tablet provides essential nutrients. This is it works to treat peptic ulcer disease.
