Calcium, vitamin D3 and zinc helps in the growth and development of bones as well as maintain strong bones. How Calviks CT Tablet works Calviks CT Kit is a combination of two medicines: Ibandronic Acid, Calcium, Vitamin D3 and Zinc which treat osteoporosis. Ibandronic Acid is a bisphosphonate. It works by suppressing the activity of osteoclasts, cells that cause destruction of bone. This strengthens the bone and minimizes the risk of fractures. Calcium helps build and maintain bones, while Vitamin D3 helps your body effectively absorb Calcium. Vitamin D3 additionally supports the muscles needed to avoid falls. Zinc helps increase bone mass.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Calviks CT Kit as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Calviks CT Kit may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Calviks CT Kit is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Driving

Calviks CT Kit does not usually affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

Calviks CT Kit is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Calviks CT Kit may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Calviks CT Kit is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Calviks CT Kit may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

If a dose of Calviks CT Kit is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Calviks CT Kit is prescribed for the treatment of osteoporosis. Drink plenty of water while taking it. For at least 30 minutes after taking Calviks CT Kit:Do not lie down or recline.Do not take any other medicine including vitamins, calcium, antacids, or laxatives.Do not eat or drink anything (other than water). Along with taking Calviks CT Kit, maintain a healthy lifestyle, take a balanced diet, exercise (regular weight-bearing exercise) with your doctor's advice, and take proper measures to reduce the risk of falls. Let your doctor know if you�re taking an iron supplement, as the absorption rate might be affected. Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems, or if you have ever had kidney stones.
