Bistas Tablet reduces the amount of acid your stomach makes which prevents further damage to the ulcer as it heals naturally. You may be given other medicines along with this medicine depending on what caused the ulcer. You need to keep taking the medicine as it is prescribed for it to be effective, even if the symptoms seem to disappear.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Bistas Tablet is used for the treatment of stomach ulcers. Before taking Bistas Tablet, inform your doctor if you have any other gastrointestinal disorders. Bistas Tablet might cause temporary and harmless darkening of the tongue and/or black stool. Do not panic, just inform your doctor. Have plenty of fluid while taking Bistas Tablet, particularly with the bedtime dose. Let your doctor know if you are pregnant, planning to become, or breastfeeding.
