In Treatment of Diarrhea : Diarrhea refers to the passing of loose, watery stools three or more times a day. It usually happens due to an infection in the gastrointestinal tract. Azoff Roz Syrup reduces the excessive secretion of water and electrolytes and helps replenish the lost fluids and salts. It also helps treat loose stools and prevents abdominal distension or flatulence. Your child needs to take this medicine regularly for the duration prescribed by the doctor as that will help get the most out of it. Encourage your child to drink plenty of fluids while taking it to stay hydrated.Your child may start to feel better after getting treated for a few days to a week. However, do not extend the course or stop the medicine by yourself without consulting your child�s doctor. How Azoff Roz Syrup works Azoff Roz Syrup contains three medicines Ofloxacin, Ornidazole, and Racecadotril. Together, these ingredients prove effective against diarrhea and dysentery. Racecadotril is an enkephalinase inhibitor that has anti-secretory effects. Simply put, this particular active ingredient reduces the secretion of water and electrolytes from the intestine. This helps reduce the amount of fluid lost from the body in diarrhea. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and causing infection. Ornidazole is also an antibiotic that kills other microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA.

Remain calm. Unless your child�s doctor has provided specific instructions, you can administer the missed dose once you recall it. However, if it's nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Stick to the prescribed dosing schedule and avoid giving a double dose to make up for the missed one.
Azoff Roz Syrup should be used together with an oral rehydration solution (ORS) to provide adequate fluid and electrolyte replacement. Give your child plenty of fluids to replenish water and mineral loss. Azoff Roz Syrup may cause an altered taste. Eating citrus fruit or sipping plenty of water or fruit juice may help. Do not mix Azoff Roz Syrup along with any other herbal or ayurvedic medicine as it can harm. Do not give Azoff Roz Syrup if your child has persistent uncontrolled vomiting as this medicine will not be absorbed.
