In Bacterial infections : Amphy 1500 Injection contains two different medicines that work together to kill the bacteria that cause infections. Amoxycillin belongs to a group of medicines called penicillins that work by stopping the growth of bacteria. Sulbactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor that reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Amoxycillin against bacteria.Amphy 1500 Injection can be used to treat many different bacterial infections such as ear, sinus, throat, lung, urinary tract, skin, teeth, joints, and bones. This medicine usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.

How Amphy Injection works Amphy 1500 Injection is a combination of two medicines: Amoxycillin and Sulbactam. Amoxycillin is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Sulbactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Amoxycillin against bacteria.
Safe: No harmful side effects are associated with consuming alcohol alongside Amphy 1500 Injection
Amphy 1500 Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Amphy 1500 Injection is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Amphy 1500 Injection may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.Amphy 1500 Injection can have side effects and the symptoms (such as allergic reactions, dizziness and convulsions) may make you unfit to drive.
Amphy 1500 Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Amphy 1500 Injection may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Use of this medicine is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
