In Pain relief Acekol-P Syrup is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation, and swelling in conditions that affect joints and muscles. Some of the conditions in which Acekol-P Syrup is used are rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. To obtain the maximum benefit, follow the prescribed instructions precisely. Refrain from surpassing the prescribed dosage or duration, as it could potentially endanger your health. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Acekol-P Syrup can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Acekol-P Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Acekol-P Syrup as it is deemed unsafe.

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Not Safe: Acekol-P Syrup may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Caution Advised: Acekol-P Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Acekol-P Syrup may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Acekol-P Syrup is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Caution Advised: Acekol-P Syrup should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Acekol-P Syrup may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Acekol-P Syrup is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
If a dose of Acekol-P Syrup is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
