Lignonir 2% Injection should not be administered to individuals allergic to it, those with hypovolemia, or complete heart block. If the solution contains adrenaline, it must not be injected into veins or used in areas with limited blood supply, such as fingers, toes, ears, nose, or penis.
The anesthetic effect of Lignonir 2% Injection begins quickly, lasting 10-20 minutes after intravenous injection and 60-90 minutes after intramuscular injection. Its concentration in the bloodstream decreases by half within 1.5 to 2 hours.
There have been no observed cases of Lignonir 2% Injection abuse, and reports of euphoric effects are extremely rare. However, it may induce short-lived psychotic reactions, such as fear of death, anxiety, and delirium, which typically resolve after the injection's effects wear off.
