How it Works
How Tobramycin and Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose work Tobramycin and Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a combination of two medicines: Tobramycin and Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Tobramycin is an antibiotic that inhibits bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to perform vital functions. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricating formulation that moistens the eyes and ears.

Common side effects of Tobramycin and Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose include application site irritation and a burning sensation.
