How Estradiol and Sildenafil Work
Estradiol and Sildenafil is a combination of two hormonal medicines: Estradiol and Sildenafil. Estradiol is a form of estrogen, a female sex hormone produced by the ovaries. It works by replacing the natural hormone in the body when it is deficient. Sildenafil is a vasodilator that widens blood vessels and increases blood flow to the uterus.
Side Effects
Common side effects of Estradiol and Sildenafil include diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain, indigestion, headache, nosebleeds, breast pain, flushing (a sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), and pain in the extremities.
