Common side effects of Emtricitabine and Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate include nausea, diarrhea, headache, depression, rash, dizziness, fatigue, vomiting, insomnia (difficulty sleeping), weakness, allergic reactions, abnormal dreams, decreased phosphate levels in the blood, decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils), increased triglyceride levels in the blood, abdominal pain, weight loss, increased transaminase levels in the blood, increased glucose levels in the blood, elevated serum amylase levels, increased lipase levels in the blood, and elevated creatinine kinase.
