How Dicyclomine and Diclofenac work Dicyclomine and Diclofenac is a combination of two medicines: Dicyclomine and Diclofenac, which relieves abdominal pain and cramps. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic that works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause abdominal pain and inflammation (swelling).

Side Effects

Common side effects of Dicyclomine and Diclofenac include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dryness of the mouth, nervousness, dizziness, blurred vision, drowsiness, psychosis, photophobia, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, insomnia (difficulty sleeping), confusion, hallucinations, dry skin, reduced bronchial secretions, vertigo, flatulence, and decreased appetite.
