How Diclofenac + Chlorzoxazone + Dicyclomine works Diclofenac + Chlorzoxazone + Dicyclomine is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Chlorzoxazone, and Dicyclomine. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation. Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant that acts on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasms and improve muscle movement. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic that relaxes the muscles in the stomach and intestines, relieving cramps and pain.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Diclofenac, Chlorzoxazone, and Dicyclomine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, dry mouth, sleepiness, weakness, nervousness, dizziness, blurred vision, and heartburn.
