Crotamiton

Remove makeup, wash and gently dry your hands and the affected area. Apply a thin layer of Crotamiton cream to the entire affected area using your fingertips. Wash your hands before and after application.

Crotamiton is used to treat scabies and relieve itching and skin irritation caused by conditions such as sunburn, dry eczema, dermatitis, allergic rashes, hives, chickenpox, heat rashes, insect bites, and personal itching.

Initially, apply Crotamiton once daily in the evening. Your doctor may increase the frequency to twice daily as needed.

Crotamiton is typically applied once daily in the evening and should not be washed off. Leave it on overnight unless irritation occurs; if irritation arises, consult your doctor.

Improvement may be seen after 4-6 weeks of treatment. Continued use may be necessary for optimal results. If acne worsens or does not improve after one month, consult your doctor.

Apply Crotamiton only to skin, avoiding eyes, eyelids, lips, mouth, and nostrils. Rinse any contact with these areas immediately. Avoid use on scratched or open skin, and be cautious on sensitive areas. Limit sun exposure and use sunscreen and protective clothing. Avoid contact with hair due to its bleaching properties.

Discontinue Crotamiton if you experience severe local irritation, including intense redness, dryness, itching, or a burning sensation, and consult your doctor.

You can apply moisturizer one hour after applying Crotamiton. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
