• Strong CYP3A4 Inducers (e.g., Rifampin, Phenytoin): Can decrease Cilnidipine plasma levels, reducing the blood pressure-lowering efficacy of Cilnidipine.

If a dose of Cilnidipine is missed, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose (e.g., within 12 hours), skip the missed dose and resume your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to compensate for a missed one.
