Olmesartan Medoxomil is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), while Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). Together, they work by relaxing the blood vessels and enhancing the heart's efficiency in pumping blood throughout the body.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Olmesartan Medoxomil and Cilnidipine include ankle swelling, headache, dizziness, tiredness, palpitations, increased potassium levels in the blood, sleepiness, taste changes, flushing (a sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), and upset stomach.
